About The Music Studio
The Music Studio, located in Stafford, Virginia, is a non-retail music school, specializing in individual instruction for all ages and abilities. Our owner, Susan Flinn, began teaching from her own home in 1989. In 2005, she expanded to what is now known as "The Music Studio" - a multi-teacher, multi-instrument school. Our experienced teachers offer instruction, as well as performance opportunities, in Piano, Guitar, Woodwinds, Brass, Strings, and Percussions - beginning through advanced levels. We look forward to the chance to meet you, show you our studios, and offer a sample of our remarkable lesson program.
We currently have over 180 students learning to play piano, guitar, strings, brass, and woodwind instruments from our 7 qualified teachers.
Ages range from 4 years old to adult; beginner to advanced levels.

The Teachers
Our Teachers possess a wide range of music education, teaching and performance experience, and are dedicated to providing their students with the skills and technique to become fluent, independent musicians. In addition, we strive to show students opportunities beyond their expectations in learning, performing, composing, and in music education and industry.
